Galaxy S23 Ultra automatically screen locked problem while watching content

I don't know why my s23 ultra automatically lock the screen while watching the content in ott apps like, jio cinema, Amazon prime and youtube as well.

Yes same here, it satarted after latest beta update

But I'm not using any beta versions...also sometime charger auto disconnected showing then re connecting

Samsung service centre me jaker dikhao, I think this is a hardware problem. Become baki sabka to sahi se chal raha hai.
