Good day,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the Samsung S24 Ultra's screen brightness. Despite setting the brightness to manual mode, the phone continues to automatically adjust the display's brightness based on the ambient lighting conditions. This behavior is particularly noticeable when transitioning between well-lit and low-light environments and significantly impacts the viewing experience, especially when watching HDR content.

I kindly request that Samsung address this issue and provide a fix to ensure consistent brightness levels across all lighting conditions.
