Batteries have a life of 3-4 years in ideal conditions. There are some factors you can change to lead your device to better battery health, here are the following:
• Use battery saving mode,
• Turn off location, mobile data when not in use,
• Use battery protection that will limit battery to 85% which will increase the longevity of the battery as conapired to charging it to 100%,
• See which apps utilize the most battery are disable background usages usually it is Google play services.

Other factors to keep in mind:
• If you dropped your phone, your battery can be negative affected and there is a very small chance of malfunction by consuming more battery.
• Using phone outside 15°-35°C isn't optimal for your battery.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after send error report but don't close Samsung Members App during this process untill complete. As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue by the given links.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs. Please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
