Hi @samsung Team

1- I wanted to know couple of things related to my s23 there is an option for turning on adaptive battery.
Enabling that option would give more battery or disabling it is advisable?

2- Inside settings>security and privacy >more privacy settings.
There is a option Android personalisation.
It was enabled by default.

Can I turn that off ?
I believe this is something might be consuming more battery.

3-Does Using various Routines affect battery health ?

Using this feature would decrease SOT ??

I would like to understand more hidden depth tips to increase my SOT.

Please someone reply if you are aware of this.

Thanks in advance.

In device settings, go to device care and select the performance profile on light. It increases device battery performance/sot.

You need to use dark mode and select apps refresh as per your uses. In which application do you need a higher refresh rate select that on 120 and others on 60. This will also help you.

No issues, I have most of the application in 120, but 99% is in deep sleep, and few are in sleep. Which gives me good battery backup.

All depends on your uses. I put 99% in my application in deep sleep. After this getting good sot

Most of the things it is depends on your uses. If you use heavily, then sot is ok, but if you are not a heavy user, then use standard refresh rate.

My usuage includes mostly Youtube,Whatsapp,instagram,Teams,Outlook,Linkedin.

Just to get smoother feel while scrolling or opening closing apps i have enabled 120hz.

Using 60hrz feels slow and laggy so changed it.
