Hi Everyone,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. While I was playing chess on my phone the other day, it just suddenly crashed.. and got stuck in a restart loop. While I can see the Samsung logo, it restarts again before reaching the lock screen. I tried various ways to troubleshoot:

  1. Volume+Power button to enter safe mode
  2. Plugging/Unplugging the charging cable
  3. Tapping, massaging, flicking the buttons, etc.

Anyone faced something similar? What could be the issue?

If it is a motherboard issue and if replacing the board is the only resolution, is it possible to recover my data(those not backed up the cloud, that is).. or will I lose them all(incl secure folder)?

It happened on my S10. The service center told me it was a motherboard issue and the only way to fix it was to change the motherboard, which would result in data loss as there was no way to recover it. Since my phone was out of warranty and the motherboard cost around 15k, with no way to recover the data, I had my motherboard repaired at a local shop for 4.5k.

Dear Samsung Team,

Provided solution is useless, i reached out to service center 3 times then too i didnt got the solution.

I’m writing to share my frustration with the recent One UI 6.1 update on my Galaxy S22 Plus. Since updating, my phone frequently freezes, lags, and restarts on its own, making it difficult to use. As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected better quality control, especially for such a crucial update on a flagship device.

I urge you to investigate these issues and release a stable fix soon to restore performance.

Thank you for your attention.
