The power saving mode of Galaxy S22 Ultra has a fixed refresh rate of 60Hz and doesn't go down below 60Hz as in case of Adpative Motion Smoothness to save battery. Can anyone explain why Samsung isn't making use of LTPO 2.0 display benefits to save battery life in this case?
