Galaxy S22 Ultra one UI 6.0 update

How come my phone dont have the latest update while some older phones already have it. Did I miss something? Last update I have is on june 2023

Android 13 since I bought the phone I never received any updates. Last security update was in june 2023

Are you living in the middle east? From where you bought the phone? Did you get any security updates since you bought the phone?

Yes im ik Dubai and I bought the phone directly to samsung store. I called samsung customer care earlier and connect me to samsung tutor and they do some checking but no luck. They say I will wait for another month and if still the same I have to call them again. I mean how this is happen may 2 colleagues have the same phone as mine already have the updated last December.

If you have bought from the Samsung store, your warranty is valid. They should support you.

If you have a PC or Mac, try with the smart switch.
