I have received this device yesterday only and I feel device is facing heating issue. Only using normal apps but I can feel heat in my hands.
What is the normal and safe temperature level ? Till what point the device is safe? I can see 47° and 48° in CPU-Z app.

Below is the screenshot I took at 46°, since I have replacement window open shall I request for exchange of the device?

Could anyone let me know how to handle the issue?

40° is normal for 2100
Even when when you are scrolling Instagram or watching YouTube it climbs above 40 for me.
