It's been almost 2 years since I bought the BTS edition S20+ (it's still covered under warranty). Lately, I've been experiencing a lot of heating issues and low battery life, which was fine, considering it's a 2 year old phone with a subpar Exynos processor.

However, the back panel is coming off!? I've never seen this in another phone IRL, save for online posts. Is this due to excessive heating? Would like your valuable inputs, and will also take this up with Samsung support, get it checked and fixed, as it's still under warranty.
Attaching pics.

This is a well known issue with s20 series and A52 series. May be due to using some sub par glue during that period or something. Even 2-3 month old phones had reported this issue. Some people don't know how long they had this issue because they haven't noticed this due to the usage of back case. Anyway, you can get it glued for free from Samsung service centers if you are under warranty.
Generally, these kind of issues happen due to a swollen battery, but since it's s20 series, most probably it's the former case.

I'm facing the same issue. It went unnoticed from my side as i use a back case. I guess its out of warranty now.
