I am now an honorable member of Samsung back panel failure club.
How it happened -
Today, in morning, Genshin Impact released version 5.0.

I was updating the game. In the meantime I was doing some other work. The phone was kept on the desk. Without the back cover. I anticipated that the device may get a little warm which usually happens when you play game for few 10-20 minutes.
But after the downloading was done, I opened the game then I think during installation of update, the device got HOT.
I think during this time...

I pulled an ice cube from refrigerator and placed in the phone to cool it.
It got cooled but I think it was too late. The excess heat and excellent cooling by the side aluminium frame melted the glue which helds the back panel of the phone.
Now I have gap on either side of back panel.

It goes IN when pushed and come OUT by default like a dent or button.
IP68 ... Bye bye 🥹👋

For now, it's just a gap.... just imagine if I did not placed ice cubes even after the heating for the whole time, the whole panel might have peeled off.
