Full screen in call ui?

Anh chances to see full screen photo incall ui in one ui 7?

It's already there. Search for call background in Dialer->Settings OR in individual or general settings of Contacts OR also in main Settings menu, select ur image and voila.

Yes got to that particular contact, expand the fields the last one is caller background where u can select the pic of ur choice.

But come with tiny round shape another contact photo i want only full image without another foto

For that u need to set caller display as "small pop up" and then it shows full image.
On my phone for all of my contacts(my sis, my wife, etc.), it shows fullscreen.
