Maybe we should start by asking you why you released two different phones and call it the same thing?
The S24 / S24 Plus Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 phone is different to the S24 / S24 Plus Exynos 2400, so why do you call both a S24 / S24 Plus?,
Why not, for example, calle it S24e? to specify that the phone name with the 'e' means it contains the Exynos 2400, because many shoppers are unaware of whats inside that little rectangle thing, they don't even know what a CPU does, they just want a Samsung Galxy S24 (flagship) phone.
They bought a lemon!
They paid the same price for a phone that is called S24 / S24 Plus, and that it gets hot, battery run out fast, and mobile network reception is bad, really poor signal.
I myself bought that lemon on the 27th of May 2024 in Melbourne, Australia. Bugger!!!
why?
i was looking at the website JBHIFI, i was searching for a Samsung galaxy, and I found the page where all the S24 Ultra phones were listed. I checked the specs and i was impressed with the phone, i saw it came with the Snapdragon 8 gen 3, but i thought it was a bit big for me. Then I thought the S24 Plus would be the perfect fit for me as it is practically the same phone except for the camera and the screen.
I bought the phone, got home, downloaded an app called "device Info" just to discover that the CPU was the inferior processor Exynos 2400.
WHAT???????????
Samsung, seriously, what are you doing? why are you doing it? why are you upsetting customers. We are the people who you should take care of very well.\
Do not cut costs at our expense as you just did with this mess your organization created launching the S24 product.

I have paid the full amount for a S24 plus with an inferior CPU, that's technically stealing.
