Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to request a free screen replacement for my Galaxy S22 , which has developed a green vertical line on the display. There has been no physical damage or user-induced cause — the issue appeared suddenly and unexpectedly.

I had previously posted about this concern, and Samsung had responded that the inclusion of the S22 in the screen replacement program is under consideration. Given the growing number of users facing the same issue, I sincerely hope it is now being supported.

As a loyal customer, I recently purchased the Galaxy S25 Ultra despite my disappointment with the S22 . I believe in Samsung's commitment to quality and customer care, and I trust that you'll stand by your flagship users.

I kindly request a complimentary screen replacement for my S22 , in line with how other brands have addressed similar known issues.

You need to ask customer care whether your s22 is eligible for free replacement or not and if they say yes then go to the service center and show them the statement from customer care, and if not then I am sorry my friend

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try your luck
