Free Screen Replacement is a SCAM

My S21 Fe 5g got a Green/white line issue, i raised replacement issue by visiting authorized center but no solution till now, its been more than 2 months, why to promise something that you can't perform?.

Samsung replacing for free without warrenty is not something which they promise.You have to put in extra efforts if you wants repair for free.Don't bring this useless post which is even not related to India and posted in Europe Community

OK it might be useless but isn't it's the company's responsibility to solve the problem. They are providing the updates we are doing it and getting green lines.
That's not our mistake. Or they should say before rolling out the update "update at your own risk". After all we are paying for the services we are not getting it for free.

That's where I said you have to put in extra efforts for free repair.As Samsung doesnot offers free repair or even promise just like OnePlus.You have to put in extra efforts in getting free repair.

I did put but he misbehaved the service center guy. Then called the customer care they said they will reply with mail no nothing happened.

You cannot just keep waiting for their email you have to go after them via Email/Call/Email to CEO Samsung South Asia.You have to keep doing this in repeat constantly untill you are heard and repair is done for free.I know it would be hassel.But many got it repaired for free this way.Even you can use X(Twitter)

I didn't get the email of the CEO but i mailed to the service head before and now also no reply.
