Glitch in Google Message App

Three pop-ups of the Google Messages app have appeared on my phone. How can this be resolved? Does anyone have any ideas? 🤔📱🤯

Won't help.AsI tried to uninstall the update and reinstall the update.And after updating again 2 icons😂😂😂😂

Strange that i am not getting this issue. Which version of google messages app you have? Have you updated google play system update?
