Hello,

After updating my Samsung S21 FE, a green line has appeared on the display. I visited the Samsung store, but they refused to replace the screen. The service center provided terrible customer service.

This issue arose after the update, and now Samsung is denying a replacement. 

It feels like a scam, especially for customers who spend their hard-earned money on these devices.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

They accepted mine. They will check if device has any external damage . If No. Then they will repair it for free . Just like mine

This is a scam program run by Samsung. When your phone is two years old, you will get a green line because Samsung wants you to buy a new phone.
