My Samsung Galaxy S21 5G had suffered display green line formation after software updation to UI version 7, Android 15. I learned through online many S21 series phones had suffered this problem and some of them got replacement, but for my phone the customer care rejected replacement strongly opposing, its not due to software updation, they are not willing to replac the display, if anyone of you came across this issue, please suggest some solution.

Btw still they are replacing free if phone is on good condition

5 day ago my friends sd variant got line so we already submitted to service center

Customercare promises nosuch occurence heard by samsung, my phone had undergone 364degree checkup, but they have left many columns blank, they make it a strategy to tell "warranty period over".

Dear, if you facing the green line issue please go to your nearest samsung service center, if you device is under free screen replacement they will fix your issue only service charges.

Software had undergone UI version 7 updation after waranty period here in theni service centre is an eyewah

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
