Flash is disabled for ultrawide camera which is quite obvious as flash is used mainly for object close up. But we should not forget that uw camera also acts as a macro camera on s23 ultra. It is almost impossible to get a good shot in low light in macro mode. Also there should be levels for brightness of flash (which seems to be quite doable as torch has different settings for brightness). If i want to take macro shots in low light then i am forced to use some external source as flash is disabled. I used a torch to capture the pic attached.

Hope samsung enables flash for ultrawide camera in future updates (with brightness settings ofcourse).

Valid point.👍

But, IMO telephoto lens can take better macro shots.

That's because in low light the phone automatically uses main lesn instead of telephoto (atleast that was the case with older phones). You can check this by covering the telephoto lens in low light and trying to zoom. I thought this issue was fixed.

We can go up very close to the subject with telephoto but still macro gives way more details.
