Hi, Do you guys see any performance issue with the fingerprint sensors after applying screen protectors or it's just me?
Even after reset of fingerprints, I am not happy with the unlocking speed and accuracy. 4/10 times i have to re try. It was not the case earlier when i had no screen protector applied.

Try and check , if your touch sensitivity setting is turned on. This might fix the issue which you are facing and other touch issue which occurs after screen protectors.

Through adding more fingerprints register same fingerprint 2 to 3 time for smoother identification. It works.

Hi, I have tried this too. I mean it's not as smooth as before. Maybe I have to compromise with this for the sake of my screen 😅

Not all screen protectors work well with S23, usually the local shop guys know which one would work. Also, it is recommended that you re-register your fingerprints after installing the screen protector.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that Samsung cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party products. The thickness and structure of protective films or screen protectors may affect the performance of the fingerprint sensor.

If you are currently using a third-party Screen Guard or Screen Protector, we recommend removing it and re-registering your fingerprint. If you continue to experience issues after doing so, we suggest contacting the service center or the point of purchase where you obtained the glass for your device.
