I've even tried adding my fingerprint again after applying the screen guard. Even after registration, it's not working.

It might be because you have used privacy tempered glass

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that Samsung cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party products. The thickness and structure of protective films or screen protectors may affect the performance of the fingerprint sensor.

If you are currently using a third-party Screen Guard or Screen Protector, we recommend removing it and re-registering your fingerprint. If you continue to experience issues after doing so, we suggest contacting the service center or the point of purchase where you obtained the glass for your device.

You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
