Fast charging not working

I am using samsung Galaxy s10 lite from the past two months. My mobile fast charging not working properly. Previously my mobile fully charged with in 1 hour 10 minutes now it taking 2 hours 15 minutes.  So kindly give some suggestions to me ...

Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue:-

1) We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.,
2) Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.,
3) Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
4) Kindly open Device care from settings> Battery > Please tap on 3dots(more option) at the top right hand side> please select settings> enable fast cable charging.
5) Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.

 

After following the above steps if issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app Samsung member> get help> Error reports> Select Symptom category > describe problem in detail and Send.

keep your phone somewhere cool area temperature between 20 to 30 degree Celsius... i was facing same the issue..this worked for me..
