Failed to update Google play service

Hi

Anyone else facing this issue? Been trying since past 2 days. Update starts, reaches 2% and then the error. Currently on 23U, One UI7.

Have tried clearing cache, clear data, uninstall, reinstall of Google Play store and Google Play services, but nothing works. Tried also with charger plugged in, with WIFI and 5G.

Appreciate if any tips.

Try also change Google play region, keept midde east (if)

Ok so tried again few moments back...now Google play showed 87mb update...did that and now Google play updated to July version. Along with that was also a software update..currently downloading it..Will install and revert. Interestingly the 13 mb Google play store again shows available now July version, but that failed to update with same earlier error. Will install the software update first and then again try it.

Software update installed successfully, july security patch. Restarted and tried Google play update, same error, after progressing 2%. Guess will wait it out n keep trying.
