Very Very shame full samsung all customer message and comments also but you didn't listen and you also say you don't know when come updates what do thing customer are fool you don't know when will come update how possible you working same company and don't know everything better close company middle east side I'm using Very cheep mobile redmi appox 250 aed but there using android 15 since Feb and my other phone using flagship mobile price more then 3000 but still android 14 i suggest to Samsung user move to other brands like xiaomi redmi or Google pixel they provide early update not playing our customer they know about the customer service

Samsung is a disgrace. Android 15 is the same version on other phones. Why has it been on since February and is working without any problems, but Samsung has problems every day. Why Samsung?

I think it's better to go buy another brand phone. People will get Android 16 in two months. We haven't got Android 15 yet.

I suggest better move xiaomi redmi realme or Google pixel they provide quickly updates they didn't sleep like scamsung only problem here middle east side but over world using android 15 how make fool customer middle east customer's

I think instead of asking for UI7 we should say skip UI7 and proceed with UI8. So that we can have one more year update as per the policy.

Why we need UI7 for just 4 months
