Hi

I also face the same issue. Updated to UI7 and later green line appeared. In one week, motherboard complaint. it was 2.5 years old. So no coverage. I am using their Watch 7 LTE also. Watch lasts just 2 years maximum from my past experiences. I have been a samsung customer for more than 10 years now. I am in that ecosystem that i do not wish to change. But clearly, if i need to stay put this is how it should go,

Samsung Ultra 24 - 86000

Coverage 2 years - 16000

Upgrade the phone in two years or it will self destroy after that at any point of time.

So upgrade by 24 months, i might get Rs. 35000/-

So usage fee: Rs. 33500 per year. Add watch expense- 38000 for two years

Total Rs. 50000 per year.

I find this quite steep. I am very used to stylus that i want to continue. But knowing that i will be spending 50k a year for mobile and watch, i am confused. Can't skip the coverage. Green line can come any time. Even though it is IP68 rated, they will say moisture content and deny the claim. So total coverage is essential. Plus the mobile will be at service centre for 15 days in a year, if you are lucky.

Once I am out of Samsung, i will never return. I am sure, in a year's time, people will have so many bad experiences that they will come out of Samsung, My wife uses One plus and it has been running for 3.5 years. my father uses google pixel- 3 years. Both flagships of course. When we spend this huge amount, we expect quality in components and software which clearly Samsung lacks!

I will look for another brand and wait for the watch to die so that i can shift to another brand. Not sure, what awaits me there... hehehe..

To address the appearance of lines on your screen , we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software-related issues. Please try restarting your device and check if the lines persist.

Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your device is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to check for any available updates.

Safe Mode: Boot your device into Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by third-party apps. To do this, press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" and check if the lines still appear.

However, if the issue persists after following these steps, we recommend seeking personalized assistance by visiting the nearest service center. however it is very imponent to mention that the warranty period spans one year from the date of local purchase, covering manufacturing defects, provided there is no evidence of misuse. According to the case status, the unit has been purchased for more than one year and the warranty is void. As per the warranty policy, we assures perfection in the repair if you agrees to the repair fees for more warranty details you may refer to this link https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/warranty/
