Factory reset

Yesterday suddendly my phone got hanged completely. Not able to unlock and i reached out to service center. Factory reset completed.

My all internal storage gone.

Do we any chance to recover?

Sorry, there's no chance of recovering those data. You should have transferred your data to another device before factory resetting the device.

Phone got hanged and not able to do anything. Customer suggested last option to reset

A customer suggested you to Factory reset your device or the Service Centre? A service centre never recommends anyone to Factory reset their device alone.

Customer service only done the reset. Since some software issue they told.
