Galaxy SHowever, after facing this issue and the service center saying that they cannot provide a free replacement, I don't know how I can still recommend this phone to other people. Should I suggest them to switch their phones? So, Samsung, kindly please analyze this issue and come up with a better solution. It's a request.

Galaxy SHere are the issues that I've observed with my phone which I believe were also experienced by others:
1) The pink line appeared out-of-no-where. Maybe after an OS update or while using the phone.
2) The pink line appeared at the center aligned with the front camera. It started with blinking pink pixels then become fixed on screen.
3) The issue surfaced after 1 years of purchase. I've bought it in june 2023 and the pink line appeared July 2024. Good timing, since the phone is already out of warranty this july. 🤔🤫
4) Samsung Service Center will suggest screen replacement but will NOT offer it for FREE.
5)But they have replace display for certain model like S 22 ultra,S 21.which is out of warenty or under warenty i dont know.
It's very alarming and concerning for a flagship phone and it seems Samsung is disregarding this issue and won't even offer FREE screen replacement at least. I've lost my trust with Samsung. Do we need to have our phone screens replaced every 1 years? For an error caused by Samsung? #Jago_grahak_jago
