Facing Notification Issue With Galaxy S20 FE 5G & A33 5G:

Hi team, myself kawin bought this Galaxy S20 FE 5G yesterday (24th August 2023) in Samsung Showroom available in Marina Mall (Chennai).

Previously I faced Notification issue with A33 5G and tried a lot to fix the issue with samsung service center, they replaced the mother board and tried to fix the issue, but nothing helps. They finally update me like with the next binary update this issue will be fixed. Then I have waited for the binary update and once got released with the update for the phone and installed the update but still the issue exist. Again they keep on roaming me here and there to service center without proper fix. 

After with their worst service, responding the customer personally i got frustrated and think this is waste of time to dealing with Samsung service center.

Yesterday I have Exchanged that A33 5G with Galaxy S20 FE 5G, but still I am facing the Notification issue with this model in Detailed Notification Option not properly working for all the application.

I can hear only with the Notification sound, but not with Notification light indication. Kindly requestion to fix the issue or with alternate Option.

Notification Light Indication???That is dead long ago.Now in every device it is only notification sound for notification.So what is your issue??

Who told you about this issue long ago, because no one has confirmed about this, still they are in inspection of the problem. Now I want proper Detailed Notification for all the application alerts.

No, once the Notification will get receive, the screen will get wakeup right. That is not happening with my phone.

Yes also with samsung service center, they can't.

i had also same issue but if u install any third party apps like aod or any other in playstore .it may help u solving that issue .if only for that notification mobile wakeup issue.

Screen awake on notification arrival feature is not present in Samsung A33 5g, since i also own the device and had same issue. Only message app notification will awake screen , rest all apps won't wake screen. There is no option to enable it. This is because we should have AOD on this to get notified. This is worst phone which doesn't have basic feature to lit screen on notification for apps. Some lower mid ranges with LCD panel also have this feature. This is like basic usable feature is missing in so called great mid range mobile in 2023
