FB & Messenger notifications issue

This is my second post regarding this issue and expecting good response from You all in all possible way.

Its been nearly 2 weeks that im not getting notifications in Facebook and messenger. However audio and videos calls are pop up. Only text messages are not shown in notifications bar(pop up). Kindly read below points as well.

1. I did factory reset as well.

2. Notifications are all enabled.

3. Did reinstall many times

4. Have kept apps in unrestricted mode as well

Main point 

I tried my mom fb account in my phone where every notifications appear in status bar(pop-up) which include text audio & video.

5. I have to open messenger app to see text message. Audio videos pops up normally.

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
