Expart raw disabled by Samsung

I have reset my S21 ultra recently. After finishing all startup process i want to download Expart Raw app from galaxy store. But they said it's not compatible for my device. 


Is this a Joke ? 

Recently I'm very disappointed for this kind of issue .

Happened to me last year with my S23, it was some bug. I did manage to install it from the camera app. 1728469185401.jpg

This is really weird. Just raise a ticket with customer care. It is definitely some update bug. There's a reddit thread regarding the same bug, many S21 series users are facing this.
