Exchange IMEI Validation issue with cashify

I was exchange my s 23 ultra for the new s25 while exchange even after full passed on the cashify diagnosis app after scanning the QR code it showed as IMEI Validation pending wait for 5 min

Even after trying for 5 to 6 times still the issue was showing.

Cashify must be running a glitch. Re check your IMEI entered just to be sure from your side.

I did not enter any IMEI number in the app it took automatically from the screen of the abut device section

I know you did not enter. Sometimes phone with dual SIMs face this problem as phones have 2 IMEI numbers.

Retry after sometime. Another option is uninstall Cashify app and reinstall. See if this fix the problem.
