Ham log One Ul jaise updates ka intezaar isliye nahi karte kyunki humein naye icons ya wallpapers chahiye - hum karte hain kyunki yeh humare phone ke performance, features, security aur overall value ko define karta hai. Aaj kal ke flagship phones 80-90k tak ja rahe hain. Toh jab hum itna invest karte hain, toh timely updates aur company ka support hamara haq hota hai, koi favor nahi.

Jab ek user update ke delay ko ignore kar deta hai, toh woh indirectly company ko yeh message deta hai ki "koi farak nahi padta." Aur isi wajah se companies hum jaise users ko priority pe nahi rakhti.

Life mein important kaam sabke hote hain, lekin jab hum ek premium device lete hain, toh uske software support ko importance dena bhi utna hi valid hai.

Hamari demand simple hai: timely updates, transparency, and equal priority. Yeh hum isliye maang rahe hain kyunki humne bhi Samsung pe trust karke apna paisa diya hai.

Let's see aapne khana kha liya , usko khate waqt 2 - 3 minute maza aayega. But then ?
Toh khane ka tension mat lo , ghar jao. Ghar pe toh khana bana hi hoga !

The same applies to this update.

We paid for an overpriced device, and we were promised for 5 years of OS update and 7 years of security update in a timely fashion.

If this is getting delayed for 6 months, then our value for money goes for a toss.

Moreover , the "Waiter" saying , Apne kaam pe focus karo.

That is also an insult to the money we have paid.

I hope you do have the audacity to understand the difference.

I purchased 3 s 24 ultra but in starting i was also worried about update but finally i decided to be calm down because update is not in our hand

But in no position to ask people not to complain for an update they deserve in due time.

Everyone has their priorities over something they have paid for.
