I have forgot the passcode to access the Enhanced Data Protection feature in Samsun Cloud. So, I'm now unable to create any new Backup and it's difficult to use your device without backing up your data properly.
If anyone from the community knows how I can reset the EDP or how to resolve this issue then please help me.
Especially, please help me if anyone faced this similar issue in the past but has managed to get the solution.
Also, I don't really know whom to tag with this message, so please forward this message to the appropriate Samsung support team if you know that.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the recovery code can't be reset, however, if you have the device with the data present in it then you can create a new Samsung account and do a fresh backup with it.
