Encryption option removed from S6 after nougat update

I am shocked to see that encrypt device option is removed from s6 after nougat update which makes the mobile not eligible for business purposes. can anyone let me know, if there is any solution available for this ?

It is there, go to setting> lock and security, you will find " encrypt device" option under private mode

Hey Imran, I am not able to find it for NOUGAT, it was available till M. with private mode as well

I have S6 too and updated to nougat, it's there, go to setting - lock and security - encrypt device

I have SM-G920I, and encrypt device option is not present after Nougat, not sure how and why it is showing for other s6 users.

was ur device encrypted before upgrading to Nougat..??

just do a hard reset (Factory Reset) ur phone...that should resolve ur issue...
