Not able to view pdf in whatsapp(Dual app) and the pdf is also not displayed in the memory.

Error: The file cannot be accessed.Check your internet connection or make the filename shorter.

Any permanent solution?

Dual whatsapp has become unstable now. Please check the notice section by samsung.

Yes it is, have you seen clearly?..They have mentioned "you can't access any files"..Me too facing same issue.
Try sending it to primary whatsapp and then open .It will work for sure.

But sometimes we are not able to send it on primary whatsapp too....then what?

You can't access files in dual whatsapp which are longer than one day.

Ps: If you really need dual whatsapp, Back up your data to your google drive and del your num permanently from secondary whatsapp.

And then install whatsapp business and restore your data which you took backup earlier.
