It seems like you're experiencing an issue with video playback during calls on your Samsung Galaxy S23+. Try restarting your phone and checking if the problem persists. If the issue continues, you may want to ensure that your phone's software and WhatsApp are updated to the latest versions. Additionally, check if there are any specific settings in the WhatsApp app related to video playback during calls. If the problem persists, you might want to contact Samsung or WhatsApp support for more tailored assistance.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

Restart Your Phone
Check Internet Connection
Update WhatsApp
Check WhatsApp Settings: In WhatsApp, go to "Settings" > "Data and storage usage." Ensure that the "Media auto-download" settings are configured to your preference, and you have enough storage space on your device.
Clear App Cache (for WhatsApp): Go to your device's "Settings" > "Apps" > "WhatsApp" > "Storage." Tap on "Clear Cache." This can help if there's any temporary data causing issues.
Check for Software Updates:
Disable Battery Optimization: Battery optimization settings might affect app performance. Go to "Settings" > "Battery and device care" > "Battery" > "App power management." Disable battery optimization for WhatsApp.
Reinstall WhatsApp: If the issue persists, try uninstalling WhatsApp and reinstalling it from the Google Play Store. Before doing this, make sure to back up your chats.
Check App Permissions: Make sure that WhatsApp has the necessary permissions to access your phone's camera and storage. Go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "WhatsApp" > "Permissions."

If the problem continues after trying these steps, you may want to contact WhatsApp support for further assistance.
