I am using s24 ultra. Please tell anybody having trouble in dual speaker.?? Sometimes working both.some times not working.

That's annoying, I'll suggest some tips, it may be useful
1 Check audio balance (very important)
Go to:- Settings - Accessibility - Hearing Enhancements - Left/Right balance
• Keep it exactly in the center
If it's shifted, one speaker will be silent
2. Test with different audio types
Try:
YouTube video, Music app, Ringtone preview
If:
Works in one app but not another may be app issue
3. Restart your phone
4. Clean your speakers
5. Toggle BT and Dolby
6. Run samsung diagnosis in samsung members app ( If speaker fails its hardware issue or else its software bug)
7. Check it in safe mode
Final
8. If nothing solves, visit nearby service center

As per your concern, regarding the speaker issue. We would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Check audio balance (very important)
Go to:- Settings - Accessibility - Hearing Enhancements - Left/Right balance

• Keep it exactly in the center
If it's shifted, one speaker will be silent
● Test with different audio types
Try:
YouTube video, Music app, Ringtone preview
● Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.

● Check device volume settings: Tap on Settings > Sound & vibration>Volume > Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

● Clear Sound Picker data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Sound Picker> Storage> Clear data of Sound Picker.

● Clear Sound Alive data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Sound Alive> Storage> Clear data.

● Clear Adapt sound data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Adapt Sound> Storage> Clear data.

● Reset app preferences: Settings> Apps> Three dots> Reset app preferences> Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.

1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
