Personally I don't even use a case as I don't carry my device outside as I have watch 4 and occasionally do video editing on it.
Ok but first of all i don't play games and yes i do heavy tasks some times, secondly my skin's inner side (which stick with mobile) is black coloured and skin is 3d ambossed so material used for it is sure a bit thiker then anyother vinyl skins and i don't know from which material skin is made out of and i also uses cover on my phone which cost me 1000 bucks and i have wraped my phone from every side including sides also there for i am confused.
I think s22 is compact phone and there is no proper heat distribution. So when we play heavy games and record a 4k videos, better to remove back case of the mobile.
