Does any one experience low voice input level in S21 fe lately?

Am really worried about this, i can barely make call. Most of the time my calls get reject as they can,t hear my voice.

Go to hearing enhancement setting in accessibility and boost the sound for your age group as given their. Select preference

. If you're having trouble hearing the person on the other end of your phone call.

Note: Make sure there's nothing covering the receiver at the top of the front of your device. A poorly placed screen protector is one of the most common causes of low volume or no volume during calls. Make sure the receiver grill is not blocked with dust particles. Request customer to please clean it and check.

2. Increase the call volume:
During a voice call, press the volume button of your device, to open volume settings. Tap and drag the call volume bar to the left or right to increase the call volume.

3. Disable mute all sounds feature if enable:
Apps>>Settings>>Accessibility>>Hearing enhancements>>Disable Mute all sounds,if enabled.

4. Check device volume settings:
Apps> settings> sound & vibration> volume> Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
