It's honestly frustrating that Galaxy S22 Ultra users are still being left behind when it comes to the One UI 7 update, especially considering the fact that we paid a premium price for what was supposed to be a flagship-level experience. When you invest in a high-end device like the S22 Ultra, you’re not just buying the hardware — you're also investing in long-term support, timely updates, and the promise of staying current with the latest features and improvements.

What adds to the disappointment is seeing newer models like the S23 and S24 already running One UI 7 smoothly, while S22 Ultra users are left waiting with little to no official communication or clear timeline. It feels like Samsung is slowly pushing older flagship users to the side, which is unfair to those of us who showed early support and loyalty to the brand. A delay of this kind breaks the trust and expectations users have when they choose to go with a premium smartphone. Consistency and fairness in software rollouts should be just as important as the launch-day hype.

Even s24 and s23 users didn't get one ui7 except for Korea So it reflects the samsung's ethics

Now it Regret chosing samsung over apple. My brother poco mid range phone got the android 15 update over months ago. And we who paid high price who this phone are stuck in android 14. My next will and iphone
