I have been using S23 Ultra since 1½ year. And from last 4-5 months I have started doing customizing from Goodlock App. Customizing include App shortcut, Keyboard, Notification bar etc. But since 2 week I have been observing lag while typing( as i have Customize normal keyboard into bubble effect).

Is this real that using many Goodlock customizing options can lead to lag in phone ?

I also face the same problem sometime but it only happens for 2-3 seconds if it happens always for you then you should consider uninstalling it

Of course, adding additional layers could slow down your phone. But a phone like S23 has enough power to process such things. If you face any lag try to restart or try to find background running apps and reduce it.
