As per your query, we want to inform you that this is the concept of the devices when your battery is charged to 100%, charging will stop until the battery level drops down to 95% and then charging will start again. however, If you have other concerns regarding Samsung products kindly feel free to get in touch with us if there is any issue regarding the Samsung.
We understand but the thing is battery level never drop as you are saying. It stays at 100 percent. It does not even drop to 99 percent. Also, If we reconnect at 99 percent, it will resume charging. Kindly fix this bug.
