 The flagship models of the Samsung are all facing lines on display. Right now s23 is also facing display lines and they are not ready to replace it for free. The previous flagship models are also facing display lines after one time screen replacement,what kind of quality the Samsung is using for the free replacement.? My s21 ultra doesn't have any liquid damage and physical damage but they are not ready replace it. They told that the product should be within 3 years of purchase. Why Samsung has a policy like that. For only 3 years ..?? After speaking with the customer care they told the device has crossed 3 years you should pay for the screen replacement. My question is why should I pay which was not my fault. My product was as genuine like brand new. My only fault was buying a product from Samsung this expensive. The cost of the display was also higher which was 24,000. When the device crosses 2 years the Samsung will give an update for older devices and display will be lines that's the strategy of Samsung.
