"I recently updated my Samsung mobile software, and now my display has 6-7 horizontal lines. This issue occurred immediately after the update, suggesting it's related to the new software. This incident has shaken my confidence in Samsung's ability to deliver reliable and stable updates.
I did not get support from my near lalbaug samsung service center, there behavior towards me is so rude and i didn't even expect from the Samsung, they even kept my device for almost one month. Finally they ended up and said will not able to help on this issue.
If this issue isn't addressed quickly, it will undoubtedly harm Samsung's reputation and my loyalty to the brand."

See, you are telling that you've got too many Horizontal lines.. But the thing is that any software glitch will cause a vertical line (up>down). But what I can understand from your statement is that your display was already damaged or was prone to damage which might be due to a an accidental fall or a hit.
Now, check whether this issue that I have stated is true or not because I feel that due to the heat generation (update duration) and damaged display, these type of horizontal lines have appeared and so this issue might not be treated as software glitch but as a damage. It might also be that your device was water damaged. Anything could be true.

Hi there..
Sorry to hear that after the update it happened like this. Normally 99.9% updates will work smoothly but 0.01 percent of such things will be like this and ofcourse we need to find some solution.
You also should have mentioned that whether your phone is brand new & it had any physical impact like an undesired fall from hands (2 to 3 times atleast in samsung like phones case) on the marble floor directly & with or without screen guard.
But if it happened only after the software update, then it is something to explore in a different way.
You can try one thing.
Go to the Samsung Members device diagnostics option and there one by one testing, then when the display test option is active, try to sweep all the testing squares on the entire display. 100% that phone should pass that test! If it fails there itself, then follow the prompts given by the device care diagnostics.
Final thing is login to your samsung a/c where you have registered your device after buying it. There, provide necessary information and definitely, the company either rectify the problem or replce the phone if it is in warranty.
Hoping for the solution to your phone soon..
