Display flickering in low brightness

In Last two days my mobile (samsung s10 lite) started to flickering i reached the service centre and changed to software but again im facing the same issue but before 5 hours i noticed that when i put my phone in low brightness phone start to flickering but in full brightness no flickering and perfectly working. Why its happening only in low brightness, it is display problem or some other issue ?

Try using some apps to limit flickering. Google about it.
