I've bought S24 Ultra about a month ago. Previously, I had S23 Ultra. I notice that my S24 Ultra screen doesn't pop up like my S23 ultra. Also there is grainy display in dark mode low in less than 50% brightness I guess. Is it hardware issue or software issue? Also only I am facing this problem or other users also facing this?

Everyone facing the same issue in S24 series Especially ultra as it has an anti reflective display ...colors are also less vibrant and punchy this time.... When the phone was launched....the issues were more grave ...later a fix was sent ... So the problem is reduced but it still persists... But that's the way it is ...

Yeah bro it's a common problem with anti reflective displays even samsung has tried this display first time. That's why I bought s23 ultra instead of s24ultra because of this grainy screen texture. Try to switch directly to s25 ultra instead of s24 ultra series
