This happened to me few weeks ago. I noticed a thin line on my galaxy s22 plus device. It was not noticeable . 2 days later I've noticed 2 more lines on the display. And I've contacted samsung customer care to inform the issue I'm having. Later one line got pink and brighter. I contacted the customer care and they told me to get a physical checkup from the service centre and submitted. Later one day I again contacted customer care executive and explained everything. I used my device for almost 2 years. I purchased it with 72000 INR. My hard earned money. I saved for almost 1 year to purchase this product. After I purchased my device fell from my hand(honestly). And it was 2 months from when I purchased the device. Gladly it just made a scratch on the right top corner of my device and nothing else. Unfortunately what the customer executive keep telling me that the lines you are having now on your device due to the fall that happened almost two years ago😂. They haven't seen the damage to check weather it was old or new. Only thing they were keep fixating was calling me a liar and you are taking advantage. I'm using a samsung watch,samsung buds pro 2 only because I bought device. And for being a samsung eco system user this isn't what i expected. So I'm thinking about filing a case against them. Gladly i recorded every calls that I made to the customer care. They already know s22 serieses having these problems for the past two years. Even without thinking that,they hang upon me and told me I'm lying. So what I'm thinking is I have my friend on a private forensic department. He told me u can almost get when the damage has happened. And file against them in consumer court. And submit the certificate along with your complaint against for the bad experience you got from the customar care executive and samsung. Guide me guys. These scam samsung doing to get rid of people like us,join me,file a petition and send it on my mail. I'll give it below. Once and for all we will stop these madness from these people. I got a friend who is an influencer she experienced the same. I'll let you guys know when we will post on social media. Raise your hands well go thorugh this.

Welcome to the ever-growing club of Samsung's green line issue. The number of posts here and on social media about Samsung's denial of service is increasing.

It's a good suggestion to file a complaint as a group; it will be more effective. I've already filed a consumer complaint and am waiting for a response.

I would love to see some influencers exposing this scam. I've been requesting a few people, but no luck so far.

Bro, I’d suggest checking out the recent posts by searching the keywords 'green line' and add your comment there. I’m sure plenty of members who’ve been denied service by Samsung would be more than willing to join you in taking this forward.
