Hello, after the july 2020 firmware update the display started having some flickering issue. Is anyone else facing the same issue, please let me know.

I did visit the service centre and they obviously said that nothing is wrong with the software it's the display itself but I haven't dropped the phone anywhere and this issue literally happened in front of me, so I am pretty sure it's the software.

nope, using PWMfree (you'll find it on XDA) to minimise the issue.
you can also use OLED Saver.

It also began to happen to me on my Samsung Galaxy S7 after I installed the 2020 security patch, It always happens when unlocking the screen, it seems to happen when the phone is cold, but if you leave the screen on without rest it does not appear

Galaxy S9+ user: I have also not dropped my phone but Probably June/July 2020 update I had this issue, only when we unlock our phone using power button we have this issue. So I have removed automatic brightness and selected Always on display with Clock and double tapping to unlock the phone, so if we don't use power button to unlock the phone it will not have flickering issue. But still I have issue while someone is calling us, I cannot see the details if brightness is not kept in higher side.
If anyone has received any better solution to this issue please let me know.
