Display Flickering after July 2020 update

Phone: Galaxy S9 Plus (Exynos)

Hello, after the july 2020 firmware update the display started having some flickering issue. Is anyone else facing the same issue, please let me know.

I did visit the service centre and they obviously said that nothing is wrong with the software it's the display itself but I haven't dropped the phone anywhere and this issue literally happened in front of me, so I am pretty sure it's the software.

do one settings it might solve ur problem
i suggested to several people but they didn't give me feedback
so I request you to if this settings work for you then please give feedback here

Go to “Developer Options”.
Find out this option "Disable HW overlay" just enable .
Restart your device and check.

The reason can be issue with the software after the update as few files may have been skipped .
As I am an S9+ user i didn't faced any issue after the update like this.
You can flash your software via service centre to check if it gets resolves ( Take your mobile backup before visiting service centre )

Do not update your phone software update via mobile data or wifi as it may skip some files while downloading update can happens due to slow internet issue .

From next time update your mobile software by downloading Smart switch on PC by connecting you mobile with USB cable .

Yes but for future keep this in mind to update the software from Smart switch via PC or service centre, never from wifi/ mobile data .
