Hey,
So I've got the green and pink lines on my S23 and its only going to be 2 yrs after i bought it.
When checked with the customer care in India they are responding that the display should be changed and I need ro pay the full amount since the phone was bought from Dubai. I have been a regular customer of samsung but never thought the premium S series would give me such a headache.
If there is anything I can do to solve this please respond.

I'm not against paying for the display but since this issue is a major one and not the issue of the users, I really dont want to.

Samsung users, especially the S23 lineup community — it’s time to speak up. One UI 8 is still in development, and this is our best chance to push back. We demand Samsung unlock the following missing Galaxy AI and UI improvements on the S23 series before rollout:

• AI Audio Eraser
• AI-powered Smooth Zoom in Video
• AOD Wallpaper Dimming
• Natural Language Search in Settings
• LOG Video Recording / Advanced Camera Formats

These aren’t hardware-limited — they’re business-limited. A developer even rooted their S23 and flashed the Galaxy S25’s One UI 7 build, and all Galaxy AI features worked perfectly, including Audio Eraser. That proves it’s not a hardware issue — it’s a tactic to push new sales.

Samsung has reversed decisions in the past when users stood united. Let’s post, comment, and demand fairness. We paid for a flagship — we deserve flagship features.

Samsung used to be the one pushing boundaries — now they’re just copying Apple without the polish. There’s no real innovation anymore, just marketing gimmicks. Meanwhile, Apple is staying consistent, treating all its users equally and refining its ecosystem. The iPhone Pro and Pro Max models are real challengers to the Ultra series — solid performance, great cameras, and regular, polished updates without excuses. Honestly, it feels like Apple is innovating while Samsung is imitating, and at this point, switching ecosystems is starting to feel like the smarter move.
