Hey,
So I've got the green and pink lines on my S23 and its only going to be 2 yrs after i bought it.
When checked with the customer care in India they are responding that the display should be changed and I need ro pay the full amount since the phone was bought from Dubai. I have been a regular customer of samsung but never thought the premium S series would give me such a headache.
If there is anything I can do to solve this please respond.

I'm facing the same kind of problem but in my case samsung has not replaced frame and body in india properly.

They didn't put Cure in place Gaske near front camera.
After 7 months display got failed (Green line & later blackout) due to overheat.

They're not accepting at all whether the component is required or not but, They don't put that i got to know.

Did you pay for the display change... I mean its not our fault that the lines are occuring. When i went to the customer service center almost all the people there were facing the same issue and I'm not able to get the service for free display change since I bought it from Dubai.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also ,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

But since the phone is bought from Dubai will the service centers support us.

Yes samsung India don't give free replacement for mobile brought outside India

According to Samsung policies, Since your product was purchased from abroad, repair will be on a chargeable basis.
